There have been many versions of it but the most famous is John Lennon's version recorded in 1975 for his album Rock'n'roll. Today I've discovered that the song called "Beautiful Girls" by Sean Kingston has closely resembles parts of the violin solo from the original song. However, if you listen this song you would think that they are completely different.
